The Architect of the buildings is Sir Richard Rodgers (One Hyde Park London).
The Interior designer is Bruno Moinard (Hôtel Plaza Athénée in Paris, Four Seasons Hotel in London…).
Building G is composed of 9 floors (floors 6 to 9 have already been reserved).
Each floor has a total surface of 363 sqm.
The offices can be rented either in totality on each level or divided in 1 or 2 tenants per floor.
The delivery is between 1st June 2018 and 1st September 2018 for client opening on January 2019 (time in between is for the development works)
The premises will be delivered « half finished »: toilets, blinds, suspended ceilings for the air conditioning and heating and fire detection will be realized by the Owning Company.
To be realized by the client and his expanse: movable partitions, walls and grounds coatings, inside woodworks, high and low voltage electrical installation.
The common charges of the building are fixed (5% of the annual rent excl. VAT) and include the charges for the preservation, maintenance and administration of the common parts, the charges from the collective services and from the common equipment, a receptionist from Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 8 PM, the cleaning of the windows every trimester which are not accessible and require an acrobatic job, the water from the private parts…
Are not included either in the rent nor the common charges: the heating and air conditioning consumption, the cleaning of the premises, electricity and telephone subscriptions, bulky waste collection…
In extra, the tenants will have the possibility to use the hotel services such as room service, cleaning service, laundry…
